Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all modules, tools, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship to Snapmaker

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to the designated return center address provided in your RMA.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
